When you apply, you'll fill out a form to share more about your goals and challenges, and you'll schedule your free Discovery Call. During our call, we’ll dive deeper into your needs, discuss how the program can help you, and make sure it's the perfect fit for your journey. If everything aligns, we'll get started on your personalized plan right away!

Do you have a guarantee?

Yes, I offer a guarantee. If you don’t see weight loss results after putting in an honest effort to follow the plan and my guidance, I will continue to coach you for free until you do. Your success is my priority, and I’m committed to supporting you every step of the way to help you achieve your goals.

Do you take insurance?

Yes!!! We’ve partnered with @truemedpayments to allow you to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Savings Account (FSA) to reimburse your Females Of Fortitude Nutrition & Strength Training Services, if eligible!

That means shopping with pre-tax dollars, resulting in a net savings of 30% on average for you.

The process is simple.

Take a 2 minute evaluation survey from Truemed that will be reviewed by a licensed practitioner for $30.

If eligible, Truemed's licensed practitioners will issue you a Letter of Medical Necessity (similar to a doctor writing a prescription). The letter can cover 12 months of reimbursements! (If you qualify, Females Of Fortitude will credit you back $30 for paid services.)

Truemed will send you instructions to obtain reimbursement from your HSA/FSA administrators.
