My journey started after helping my mom lose nearly 100 pounds, and seeing her transformation inspired me to pursue a path of empowering others to achieve lasting health. Along the way, I noticed a gap in the wrestling community for qualified nutrition advice, which led me to become the nutrition specialist for Cleveland Wrestling. There, I provide elite-level coaching to youth and high school wrestlers, helping them make smart food choices for optimal performance.
