Yep — every week you’ll get a full meal plan, grocery list, and prep guide designed to fit real life (no chef skills required). We’ll even talk about swaps so you can enjoy recipes your whole family will eat.
How much time will I need?
Most participants see great results by committing to about 3-4 workouts per week, each ranging from 30 to 45 minutes. I would plan on 2-3 hours of meal prep for each week. Beyond your exercise sessions and meal prep, practicing healthy lifestyle habits, like prioritizing sleep and stress management, will further enhance your results.
What kind of support and accountability will I have throughout the 4 weeks?
You’re never on your own. You’ll have access to me in our private women-only community plus weekly coaching prompts and check-ins to keep you on track.
What kind of workouts are included, and are they suitable for all fitness levels?
No special equipment is required. We focus on bodyweight exercises and simple tools you may already have around the house, such as resistance bands or light dumbbells. Even without additional equipment, you’ll be able to follow our professionally designed workouts right in your living room or any space you’re comfortable with.
