How much time should I dedicate each week to see the best results?
Most participants see great results by committing to about 3-4 workouts per week, each ranging from 30 to 45 minutes. I would plan on 2-3 hours of meal prep for each week. Beyond your exercise sessions and meal prep, practicing healthy lifestyle habits, like prioritizing sleep and stress management, will further enhance your results.
What kind of support and accountability will I have throughout the six weeks?

Do I need any special equipment or can I complete the program at home?
Our 6-week transformation challenge offers a balanced mix of strength training, cardio, core exercises, and mobility work. Each workout comes with modifications so that beginners can ease in safely, while more experienced participants can push themselves to the next level. This flexible approach ensures everyone can benefit, regardless of their starting point.
